Bateson identified four basic levels of learning and changing, after which Robert Dilts supplemented this up to six: identity, values and standards, possibilities, behaviour, and environment

The Logical Levels looks at how the human mind structures thoughts, and how can be used by the Coach to notice where their client is putting their attention.

This template created by me helps coaches in understanding their coachee better and thereby being more effective in terms of coaching. This downloadable which is in line with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can be used by coaches as is to enable better coaching experience. This template is deeply thought over and created so that the Coach can use it to support their coachee.
